Brushes
should be kept clean and stored either flat or upright on the
handle.
Proper cleaning requires the following steps:
Use proper solvent or thinner for the colors and removes as much
color as possible.
Use a mild face soap for final cleaning.
Wet the brush in lukewarm water and work up a lather by rubbing
brush on palm of hand.
Rinse. Repeat until lather shows no traces of color.Make sure
color is out of brush.
Rinse thoroughly,shape,and store vertically resting on its handle.
Never leave brushes soaking in water,turpentine,or other solvents
for an extended period of time. |
